		<description>My biggest reservation about prosper is that you apparently don&#039;t make any interest at all on cash that&#039;s sitting in your account - and between limits on how much you need in your account in order to transfer it and transfer delays themselves, it seems like you can easily end up accepting significant risk in order to get 15% on a loan - but having that 15% diluted right back to an effective 7% by the 0% time that your cash sits in a non-interest bearing account as it&#039;s paid back...?</description>
